Archive for synthetic model SIRE OUU implementation

The python scripts and jupyter notebook of the synthetic model OUU SIRE nitrate loading implementation described in "A non-intrusive approach for efficient stochastic emulation and optimization of model-based nitrate-loading management decision support" by White et al.  There is an environmental.yml file in the archive for building a compatible conda environment.  Note the version of pyEMU and FloPy used in the analysis is included in the archive.
