Creative Commons : Lizenzmodelle für offene Daten, offenes Wissen und eine offene Gesellschaft

To make Open Data portals more open and re-useable in the full sense of the word different open reliable licenses are available. This presentation gives a short overview about the Creative Commons licenses, its applicability in the scope of the Austrian copyright law and how to model and implement such licenses on your open content portal both in a human and machine-readable way.
