PlaScope E. coli database

Database required to run PlaScope on E. coli genomes. After extracting the tar.gz file, you will have 3 files : chromosome_plasmid_db.1.cf, chromosome_plasmid_db.2.cf and chromosome_plasmid_db.3.cf. All these files are required for PlaScope. The argument --db_dir in PlaScope is the path to the directory where these 3 files are located, and the argument --db_name in this case is "chromosome_plasmid_db".
