This Dataset contains the 70,427 user IDs both identified on Twitter and GitHub. It's a csv file (seperated by ,) where the first column is the twitter user ID(of 'STRING' type), and the second column is the GitHub user ID(of 'INT' type). The Twitter user ID and GitHub user ID in the same row are IDs belong to the same individual, in different platforms. Each Twitter ID is uniquely mapped to one Twitter account, and the corresponding account information can be extracted via Twitter API, through 'curl' command in the following way: Firstly, do     curl -u ":" --data "grant_type=client_credentials" "https://api.twitter.com/oauth2/token" Reponse looks like:     {"token_type":"bearer","access_token":""} Get the content in "access_token", and do     curl --request GET --url "https://api.twitter.com/1.1/users/show.json?user_id=>;" --header "authorization: Bearer " Each GitHub ID is uniquely mapped to one GitHub account, the recorded GitHub ID in this table corresponds to the 'id' column in 'users' table of GHTorrent dataset(https://ghtorrent.org/relational.html), Version 2019-06-01.
